Lake Superior Regional Winner 2023

After two days of tough qualifiers, Team 6045 Sabre Robotics (center), Team 1714 MORE Robotics (right), and Team 4011 πρbοtics (left), advanced to the playoffs of the Lake Superior Regional and won all five matches. In the finals, a best-two-out-of-three, we won the first two matches and secured our spot as the winners!


Great Northern Regional Finalist 2023

Coming off the excitement of a regional win in Duluth, Team 6045 won all but one qualification match and ranked first! As the Alliance 1 captain, we selected Team 4607 CIS and Team 4226 Huskies. We went undefeated in the playoffs, but in the finals, Alliance 7 prevailed in a best two out of three.

Major kudos to our Programming Team for creating an incredibly consistent and high-scoring autonomous. Without their amazing start to all our matches, we wouldn't be able to win. Team 6045 is grateful to have such experienced student leaders who are passionate about passing their knowledge on to the next generation of team members.



FIRST Dean's List Finalist Award - Paige Erickson (Lake Superior 2023)

Team 6045 is incredibly proud of our member, Paige Erickson for winning one of the the Dean's List Finalist Awards at the Lake Superior Regional. She is entirely deserving and her hard work sets the perfect example for the rest of our team. From the building and upkeep of our robot to recruitment and outreach, Paige leads with the utmost confidence and experience.

The Sabre Robotics program has changed greatly since our rookie year in 2016. We have faced great adversity and plenty of leadership changes. Through it all, our students' mission has not. We continue to maintain a thriving program that is a place for all students to enjoy.
